Our organization is a leading online language school dedicated to providing high-quality language education. Our ICT department plays a crucial role in developing state-of-the-art learning platforms and integrating AI to enhance educational experiences. We focus on creating accessible, engaging, and effective tools for learners of all backgrounds.
Our ICT’s core activities predominantly revolve around the web development sector, where it excels in delivering a wide array of services. These services include web design, UI/UX Design, full-stack development, API integrations, and designing and training custom AI assistants. The organization also specializes in gamification enhancements and progress-tracking features for Learning Management Systems. In addition, Iphigenia ICT is proficient in creating custom web applications tailored to specific, including cashback websites, interactive web portals, and other advanced digital solutions such as ERPs and task automation for business efficiency. Beyond development, our department also provides robust IT support services and consulting, ensuring clients receive ongoing technical assistance and maintenance to keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently and keeping them up to date with the latest tech requirements.
Specialization in AI and Learning Platforms
The ICT department specializes in designing platforms that harness AI to provide adaptive learning experiences tailored to each learner. By utilizing data-driven insights and innovative technologies, we create tools that not only enhance learning outcomes but also engage students through personalized content and interactive elements.
The organization has been involved in the design and development of two large projects in the sector of education. First, the refinement of one of the biggest LMS for Greek language learning in 2020. This refinement involved integrating gamification features for a Moodle Platform, redesigning activities on the platform to enhance ease of use and interactivity and adding completion tracking processes to introduce self-taught courses. Second, the development of a courses listing website and an open access repository for teaching material and methodologies. This project also included designing a Discord server for teachers to interact with each other, which incorporated a community of practice for teachers. Lastly, we have developed an AI-powered application that supports language learners with personalized, location-sensitive AI-tutors, which generates user-specific tasks for language learning.
Our Learner Profiles and Reach
We serve a diverse range of learners, from young students to adult professionals, each with unique language learning needs. Our tools are designed to cater to various age groups and proficiency levels, ensuring an inclusive approach to language education that meets individual goals.
Since 2019, we have been working closely with an online Greek school catering to adult learners across all age groups. We manage the school’s entire IT infrastructure, including the Moodle platform where all lessons are conducted. To enhance the learning experience, we have integrated gamification features into the platform, which are designed to engage learners of all ages and encourage continuous learning. The platform’s learners have had all different sorts of backgrounds. Mostly highly educated individuals looking to broaden their cognitive horizons and mainly teachers from primary and secondary education seeking training and certification. The main language was English, and most were not tech-savvy, posing a serious challenge to keep our work as simple and intuitive as possible.
